What Payment Methods Are Available?

At Mr Shopper we offer various payment methods to enable our customers to transact easily. Our Payment methods include:

Cash On Delivery : This payment method is only limited to R 2 000.00 cash payment

Direct Deposit: Our customers can also do EFT to account and also to note that payments have to clear in our account before order dispatched from our warehouse

Paypal: Customers can also do online transaction using credit and debit card

How Long Will it Take To Get My Package?

Our estimated delivery time vary from ordered products. Before paying for your order our online system always notify our customers on estimated delivery time. This is usually marked by a peach block on top of your cart on billing page.

Our estimated delivery time for groceries and household is +-2 hours, hardware and building +-3 days and electronic and entertainment +- 3 days.

How Do I Track My Order?

Tracking your order on Mr Shopper is very easy.  When you go to our web page Mr Shopper at the top first line you will find a link to track your order (track my order). If you click on that link it will take you to a page that will request your order number and email address. Enter the details and you will be able to see your order status.

Can I Purchase Outside South Africa?

Mr Shopper is one of the largest online stores in Southern Africa. With warehouses in Zimbabwe, Zambia and Mozambique and a network of distributors around the globe we do deliver to most countries in Southern Africa. Our System will show the shipping method available from your Geo location to our closest warehouse.

Can I change my delivery address?

You can update your shipping address directly from your Mr Shopper account home page. Once your order ships, the system will not allow you to update your shipping address.You May contact us to update your shipping if driver has been assigned for delivery.

Do you sell quality products?

We’ve partnered with a list of 50 well known brands to shop based on quality, value and variety (plus a few runners-up in each category to scratch that shopping itch). Whether you want to browse the latest beauty launches or pull the trigger on a new sectional or TV, find everything you need on our website.

What is the warranty period?

We warrant the Product to you against defects in materials and workmanship under ordinary use for two years from the date of your original retail purchase from us. Check on all products for warranty duration.

Which products can be returned?

Our return policy allows customers to return most items that are sold at Mr Shopper within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Damaged or defective Large Appliances items can be returned within 5 days in accordance. After 5-9 days the supplier will come to you to inspect the product and assist you with a possible repair, replacement or refund.

Can I get a refund for my shipping costs?

When a buyer chooses to return an item due to no fault of Mr Shopper (e.g., the buyer changed mind, doesn’t need the item anymore, etc.), we consider it  a discretionary return, which means the buyer generally pays the return shipping costs, and Mr Shopper can withhold from the refund the original shipping costs.

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?

At Mr Shopper we do not ship to a P.O. Box
